**The Program**

           This three week intensive summer training program, provided at Maxine’s Studio, has proven to be instrumental in maintaining our high quality and provides unique classical training with contemporary vision.  Therefore, students are highly encouraged to participate in all three weeks of this summer dance program.

 

**Ambitious Students**

                You are invited to an intensive dance workshop designed to give you the opportunity to learn in a professional atmosphere with some of the very best teachers in the world of dance.  Make this summer an important one. This three-week program will be filled with exciting new ballet steps and fun filled jazz and modern dance.  Don’t miss this year’s exciting dance workshop.

This Summer Program is filled with opportunities!

  

            The opportunity for young students and older serious minded dancers to focus on their dancing without the concerns of their school work or performances.  Dancers receive consistent training from master teachers with the following objectives:

 

 

·        Grasp basic technique concepts of classical ballet, jazz and modern dance

 

·        Execute proper technique and respond to corrections

 

·        Understand basic anatomy via principles of body alignment and muscle control

 

·        Expand their dance vocabulary and syllabus
